The new BoltFast jaw system that we've designed for the One-Lok Single Station CNC Vise is an amazing new way to change jaws quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
- The slider interface pulls the jaw down into the base while squeezing the jaw plate and fixed jaw together.
- the accurate locating pin repeats to within 0.0008".

The first two digits of our product number reflect the width of the jaw set. The second two digits reflect the length.
So if you need a workholding product that is
- 100mm (or about 4“) wide and
- 400mm (or about 15 3/4“) long, then the product you want is a 1040.
